Yes those files will work on any Virtual PC Which is why I posted them as the hardware is always emulated the same.

It’s the LMHash that’s the clincher Greetings I am trying to get a copy of DOS v6. EXE to the disk and use it. So one of the items to verify was this access. I was looking dow this last night.
BAT on the bootdisk, that is executed during boot and holds the statement. Make sure the system that virtual PC is installed on can access the Internet in native mode.
