Afer a while, I finally got my mobo to recognize the hard drive in the bios. The only thing I could think of doing is upgrading the mobo bios.
So i downloaded them from somewhere, installed them and now the only place on my system where the hard drive is recognized is in the bios under ‘bootable devices’. Sata is the first gen of sata drives I want to know before I spend my money on this.
